It was until she got married and moved to the Eastside in the Pacific Northwest in 1995 that she fell in love with the residential side of the industry. However, seeing the large tech boom in the early 90s inspired her to pursue a career in the Internet Industry, and she started her own software development company in Redmond. Through years of experience, she gained unparalleled business management skills and dedication to excellence that fueled her company to grow. It catered to large technology companies and to more than 4,000 high schools and universities in the nation. Irene sold her IT company and has been achieving the highest distinction in luxury real estate.

In addition to Irene’s extensive amount of experience in business, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a formal education in internet programming, photography, and interior design. As Transaction & Operations Lead for the Irene Mendoza Group (IMG), Liza Amorillo plays an essential role in keeping real estate transactions organized, coordinated, and moving smoothly from contract to closing.

Supporting IMG’s luxury residential, new construction, commercial, and investment real estate services throughout Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah, Seattle, and the Greater Puget Sound region, Liza works closely with Irene and the team to coordinate transaction documentation, important deadlines, communications, and the many details involved in buying and selling real estate.
