It was until she got married and moved to the Eastside in the Pacific Northwest in 1995 that she fell in love with the residential side of the industry. However, seeing the large tech boom in the early 90s inspired her to pursue a career in the Internet Industry, and she started her own software development company in Redmond. Through years of experience, she gained unparalleled business management skills and dedication to excellence that fueled her company to grow. It catered to large technology companies and to more than 4,000 high schools and universities in the nation. Irene sold her IT company and has been achieving the highest distinction in luxury real estate.
In addition to Irene’s extensive amount of experience in business, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a formal education in internet programming, photography, and interior design. A native of Washington State, Wendy Jensen was raised in the City of Redmond and currently lives in the Bellevue/Newcastle area. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in commercial and residential, which is essential in guiding buyers and sellers in this continued Seattle competitive market.
Wendy’s background started in California where she worked in luxury living communities in the Orange County/Los Angeles area and then pursued a career in commercial transactions and management in the Los Angeles area which extended out to Southern California.
